If you still remember, Samsung had a horrible incident when the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 hit the market. After 2-3 days of use by the customers, Galaxy Note 7 started to explode, and later, the company realized it was the fault of the battery and replaced all the Note 7 devices. Now, a similar incident is happening in most Galaxy A-Series and M-Series smartphones as they are showing some mysterious problems.
The unidentified flaw or bug will freeze these smartphones and restart on its own. Sometimes, these smartphones will go on auto boot-loop and keep going on until the battery is dead. This problem has been arising for a few months and finally arrived in the tech market after Indian units of the above-mentioned device got affected.
Smartphones are mostly powered by Exynos 9610 and Exynos 9611 chipset which might have caused the problem but it’s still in doubt. It might be a software issue and can be fixed by software updates. The company is yet to address this issue through Samsung India’s forums reported lots of complaints about this issue.
