Seems users with Samsung phones that are powered by the Exynos 9611 are reporting freezing, auto-restarting, and motherboard failure problems. Primarily, most reports of auto-restarting, freezing, and motherboard failure come from Samsung Galaxy M30s users.

As you can tell from the screenshot above, a user visiting the Samsung service center was allegedly told that the issue is present on all M series phones.
The auto-restarting and freezing issues are apparently determined to be due to faulty motherboards which need to be replaced.
Similar reports have also surfaced from Samsung Galaxy A50s, Galaxy A51, Galaxy M21, Galaxy M31s, and Galaxy M31 users.
What do all these devices have in common? Well, it’s the Exynos 9611 SoC. This was pointed out by an individual on the Samsung community forums.
